To new beginnings

In every ending, is hidden a new beginning. This may seem extremely cliched but it is true. Some endings we can fathom, some we grapple to come to terms with, while others are unanswered setting us off on a path of perpetual discovery; others remain an enigma, an intriguing mystery.

Some beginnings give strength while others give reprieve.

At Parivartan, our transformational hub, we have been witness to many such journeys. We have been party to the painful though exhilarating process of shedding one's skin & emerging triumphant even if it is a very small victory.

We work behind the scenes: scaffolding, tempering: till a new or better version validated by oneself emerges.

We do not encourage external validation merely because that makes us dependent.

Whether it is children or adults, we focus on individual needs and cater to them holistically. Our interventions are not forever, but just till the time there's recognisable improvement or the emanation of a new dimension.

Gratitude is a huge part of our transformational leadership process be it for children or adults wherein the focus is on hand, head and heart.

Gratitude forms a common denominator for all our interactions and expressing it often, fuels purpose and prompts one to carry the baton and spread positivity & cheer.

We are extremely grateful to all for making our endeavours fruitful & many a time life changing.

We are very passionate about what we do & dedicated to making education interesting & meaningful: be it through designing customised modules for schools on 360 degree turnaround mechanisms, motivational & subject oriented workshops for all, carefully tailored sessions for teachers to interactive fora such as sharing circles to inculcate compassion & sensitivity: we do it all.

We are prepped with a dash of renewed energy banking on our strength & expertise & the love and trust of our patrons to take on another year with aplomb. Happy 2022 to 2023 transition.
