Change is the only constant, it is the bedrock or cornerstone of all growth processes. It is a journey and not a destination. At Parivartan (the Hindi word for change) we believe in transformational learning. We operate on the fact that any and everyone, is capable, knowledgeable and a lifelong learner.
The only aspect that differentiates one from the other is the pace or style of learning. The aim at Parivartan’s SK’s Transformational Hub, is to assist in self-discovery. Then whether it is little children or young adults the path becomes smoother, more enjoyable and at the same time challenging.
All interventions and programmes here are customized to meet individual needs. People may have similar issues but no two people have the same issues, problems or concerns as well as anxieties.
We cater to all such aspects and a lot more. We also strongly support the fact, “If a child cannot learn the way we teach, we must teach in a way the child can learn.”
If you are in any way involved with children, particularly as parents, or as guardians, teachers and adults in any capacity there will be moments when :
· You are at a complete loss to deal with simple things in their lives.
· You feel that even tried and tested methods seem to be failing.
· You think that your expectations are too high.
If yes these could also be your concerns:
• Is academic proficiency of any use, if children are not empowered to face life in the real world?
• Are we nurturing them in the right manner or are we pushing them to the brink?
• What is leading to a sudden decline in values in the lives of children?
• Where is the missing link?
• What has changed that needs immediate attention and immediate is, like just now!
People today are grappling with a fast changing world order, trying to keep pace and balance its consequences on relationships. The relationship that is taking a huge beating is the parent child and student-teacher one. Watch out for regular updates on our blog…
